Commission Terms of Service

By commissioning a service through Kuroshina.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commercial Use
All commissioned services include commercial use rights. Clients are allowed to distribute, resell, or use the commissioned products in any legal way.

2. Credit to Kuroshina
Kuroshina must be credited in any publications of the commissioned products, unless the service is a Ghost Production.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless exclusive ownership is purchased, the intellectual property of the commissioned work remains with Kuroshina. Clients are granted a license to use the work for the agreed purpose.

4. Exclusive Ownership
Exclusive ownership grants the client full rights to the commissioned product, and costs an additional fee of up to $35, depending on the intended use. Once exclusive ownership is purchased, Kuroshina will no longer use the product for promotional purposes.

5. Portfolio Showcase
Kuroshina reserves the right to use commissioned products for portfolio purposes and public showcase (e.g., website, social media). This does not apply to products where Exclusive Ownership has been purchased by the client.

6. Payment
Payments will be processed through PayPal, Payoneer, or Bank Transfer. Clients are responsible for any additional payment fees incurred during the transaction. Kuroshina will cover any seller fees associated with the payment.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Clients are not eligible for a refund once the commission is completed and accepted, especially if the product has been used for commercial purposes.

  • Clients may request a refund before work begins, or a partial refund if the commission is still in progress, based on the percentage of the project completed.

    • 8. Delivery Time
    Delivery time is estimated at the start of the commission and may vary depending on the scope of the project. Kuroshina will communicate any delays or adjustments to the timeline.

    9. Revisions and Changes
    A limited number of revisions will be included as part of the commission. Major changes or requests outside the initial agreement may incur additional charges.

    10. Force Majeure
    Kuroshina will not be held responsible for any delays or failure in services caused by factors beyond control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseeable events.

    11. Limitation of Liability
    Kuroshina will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of commissioned products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, reputation, or usage.

    12. Modifications
    Kuroshina reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes that may affect the services provided.

    13. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, and any disputes will be resolved under those laws.
